Scrappers Make Money From More Than Just Scrap Metal

The New School Scrapper

Scrappers are not the same as they were 10 years ago. Scrappers have become serious entreprenuers. The old school scrapper just picked up junk and made a couple bucks. Enter 2013 and the Scrapper is become a full on online money making machine. The best example of Scrappers making an impact on their bottom line is selling more of the Scrap collected online. eBay is an excellent place to sell certain scrap metals that are not traditionally accepted at junk yards. Scrapping PC’s for gold refining, Scrapping Cell Phones for Parts and Scrap Gold Recovery…
The absolute best example in my opinion about the Scrapper is making money from monetizing their blogs, sites and the BIG ONE YouTube. The information scrappers share on YouTube is awesome. I personally as a long time scrap guy, have learned a lot from these guys, girls and even businesses posting on YouTube. The views on some of these info based videos is through the roof. One of the YouTube video channels features a guy in Canada that makes scrapping an adventure. He combines knowledge, comedy and excellent “how to videos”. Monetize your YouTube Channel and you’ll get paid.

Lawco Metals

I’m starting a new webpage, based on a company I used to operate. Lawco Metals was my old commercial scrap metal hauling/processing company. Lawco Metals.com site had a substantial amount of traffic but it was a lot of residential folks calling and asking the same question “How Much Do Guys Pay For ___?” We didn’t buy it at a facility. All we did was haul it for businesses and pay out a little on the backend. But that gave me this idea. Use the site as an information site for the same people who used to call all the time. I like to help people so here we go. The site is under construction so check back in a week or so. LawcoMetals.com
